Terms of Service

Version 1.2 of 26 October 2026

In short. ViWell is an informational service about skin care, not a medical service. Recommendations are prepared by an algorithm on the basis of the data you provide. Products are sold by the suppliers we work with; ViWell acts as an intermediary in the order and is responsible for handling it.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by Aesthetic Medical Technology sp. z o.o., Aleja Komisji Edukacji Narodowej 36 lok. 112B, 02-797 Warszawa, NIP (tax identification number) PL9512533313, KRS (National Court Register) 0000945295. Contact: kontakt@viwell.skin.

2. What ViWell is

ViWell is an app that, on the basis of a questionnaire, a face scan, a scan of the ingredient list on the packaging and a conversation in the chat, prepares a care plan and suggests cosmetics. The service is informational in nature and concerns skin care and lifestyle.

ViWell is not a medical service: it does not diagnose, does not treat and does not replace consultation with a doctor, dermatologist or cosmetologist. If you have a skin disease, are undergoing treatment, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, consult a specialist before using any product.

3. Age

The service may be used by persons aged 18 or over.

4. Recommendations prepared by AI

By using personalisation, you acknowledge and accept that:

5. Account

To use the app, an account and three mandatory consents are required: to the processing of health data, to AI analysis, and confirmation of the information that this is not medical advice (details — in the Privacy Policy (Polityka prywatności)). Without these consents the app shows only the consent screen (ekran zgód), and after you choose “Not now (Nie teraz)” — only downloading your data, deleting the account and the Privacy Policy (Polityka prywatności). You can withdraw each consent in Settings (Ustawienia) → Privacy (Prywatność) → Consents (Zgody). You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for the data provided in the questionnaire — the relevance of recommendations depends on its accuracy. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings (Ustawienia) → Privacy (Prywatność) → Delete account (Usuń konto)). In matters concerning personal data, write to dane@viwell.skin.

6. Orders and payments

The products presented in the app come from suppliers we work with. Prices are given in Polish zloty (złoty) and include VAT. The delivery cost is visible before the order is confirmed. Payments are handled by an external payment operator; ViWell does not store your card details.

The producer or supplier of the product is responsible for the product's conformity with its description, its ingredients, labelling and compliance with cosmetics regulations.

7. Withdrawal from the contract and complaints

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, under the rules arising from the Consumer Rights Act (ustawa o prawach konsumenta). This right does not apply to products supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for hygiene or health protection reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery.

We accept complaints concerning product defects and reports of damage in transit at kontakt@viwell.skin. We handle them within 14 days.

8. Rules of use

By using the app, you do not take actions that violate the law, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, and do not use the service to disseminate unlawful content. The materials in the app are protected by copyright and belong to ViWell or are used under a licence.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for the consequences of following recommendations contrary to a specialist's advice, or for data provided in the questionnaire that does not correspond to the facts. This does not limit liability which cannot be excluded under the law, in particular towards consumers.

10. Changes to the terms and governing law

We will inform you about changes to the terms in the app in advance. Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law. As a consumer, you can use the free help of the county (city) consumer ombudsman, consumer organisations and the provincial Trade Inspection inspectorate. Information is available on the website of the President of UOKiK (uokik.gov.pl, “Rozstrzyganie sporów konsumenckich”).
