ViWell analyses your questionnaire and a photo of your skin, then builds a care plan and selects cosmetics that suit it — taking allergies and contraindications into account.

Questionnaire
Skin type, its reactions, allergies and contraindications. Without this information we do not suggest any ingredient.
Skin scan
A photo of your face from your phone. The analysis shows hydration, redness, pores and other skin characteristics.
Plan and products
A morning and evening routine and cosmetics matched to the result — with an explanation of why these ones.
This is not a medical service
ViWell does not make a diagnosis and does not replace a doctor or a cosmetologist. Recommendations are prepared by an algorithm based on the data you provide. In case of skin diseases, pregnancy or treatment, consult a specialist.
Your data
We process health data only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Photos are not stored
Frames from the scan are passed to an AI provider for analysis and are not stored on our servers or in backups. Only the analysis result remains, without the photo.
Recommendations are prepared by AI
We use two providers: OpenAI Ireland (chat and recommendations) and Anthropic Ireland (photo analysis). We do not pass them your e-mail address, name or address. You can withdraw your consent in the settings.
You can download and delete your data
In the app you can download your data, delete results or the whole account — without contacting support. The service is available from age 18.
